The Broan BVTYIK1 Trandem Transition Kit can be used to transition two Ventamatic, Inc. models from a wall to a ceiling installation. This kit is an add-on for those already equipped with a wall or ducted roof mount and wishing to convert their product to ceiling use.

The Broan Trandem Transition Kit can be used on the following models: BVTYIK1, BVTIIIK1, BVJIK1, BVHIK1, BSIIK11000, and the BRKVH kits. This kit includes an aluminum adapter which will allow your power bathroom fan to be installed without interfering with mounted mirrors.

Marking the change from exhaust ducting to transition ducting, this transition eliminates a number of transition products. The kit includes all necessary components for attaching to existing round, non-ducted termination box or can be used with new construction. Kit is also designed for use with the Trandem Series of Broan/Nutone transition products.

This transition kit is used to connect an existing ducted system to a new Trandem Heating Unit. It is important during a ducted conversion to have this kit to keep the airflow balanced.
