Tasty Minstrel Games are great games, so I thought I’d tell you about a game from them that our company made. It’s called Tasty Minstrel Games TTT2027 Old West Empresario and it’s about raising cattle in the Old West. The best part is that not only does your cattle ranching make you money, but it also makes the cowboys happy and makes the town grow!

Top selling game of 2007. Players represent land grabbing entrepreneurs and try to do two things with their towns. First, they want to attract new residents. In order for that to happen, they must build saloons, shops and a variety of other buildings and then populate these structures with both businesses and residences. Second, they want those new towns to become thriving businesses in their own right by constructing buildings that generate resources – primarily lumber but also livestock and gold nuggets.

Bluff your way to the top by betraying your friends or ride their coattails to the bank. Just don’t get caught in someone else’s web of lies. A player is dealt a hand of five cards at the start of the game. Each round, players take turns playing a card face up in front of them and then passing their hand to the next player for further play. The goal is to get rid of all your cards as fast as possible and become the most successful entrepreneur in the Old West.

The Old West Empresario Game puts you in charge of a wagon train full of eager pioneers. You must guide them safely across the frontier – to settle the Wild West and claim your stake in these vast, untamed lands!

Tasty Minstrel Games recently announced the upcoming release of the Old West Empresario. This game is for 2 to 4 players, age 10 and up, and plays in about 45 minutes. One player represents a town where cowboys can either invest or emigrate.

Based on the classic Ameritrash style of gaming, Old West Empresario allows you to build your own railroad empire in the Wild West. The game features easy to learn rules that allow for a strategic level of depth, giving you plenty of opportunities for making interesting decisions.

In the Old West Empresario card game, players are building railroads, trying to become empresarios of towns that they connect to the network. The town owners' income depends on the goods they produce and they use this income to buy train cards. Train cards have a cost in goods and a number of train cars which determine how long it takes for an unconnected town to become connected. The player who best manages his stock of goods by balancing production and transportation will win!
