The Taylor K-1004-1 Troubleshooter DPD Pool & Spa Water Test Kit is ideal for testing swimming pool water and spa water. It is an easy to use test kit designed to detect and measure the phosphate level of pool or spa water. The test should be performed once a week, before the filter is backwashed since this will disturb the balance of nutrients in the water. There are 6 tests included with each kit which will last for approximately one month when performing weekly tests. It is suggested to perform a fresh water rinse before conducting any pool or spa test if you do not use a test kit routinely
