The Johnson Controls 215R4-2107307 Temperature Sensor, Duct Mounting, Nickel, 1000 Ohm monitors temperatures in dwellings and objects such as heat lamps. This sensor uses resistive sensing technology. It is designed with an 8-inch lead and comes with a 1,000 ohm resistance element. The sensor has a nickel finish and mounts on sheet metal ductwork. It is suitable for use in indoor environments for applications including HVAC duct monitoring, heating equipment monitoring, boiler monitoring and discharge drum monitoring.

A temperature sensor with a duct temperature-sensing element with 1 kOhm resistance at 68°F. A nonconductive nylon bushing protects the sensing element from damage due to vibration during transportation. The sensor comes with a cable that is attached to the duct mounting bracket. ._
