These 72 watt, 600V Ceramic Disc Thermocouples are used in the Baker's Pride Ovens. They monitor the temperature of the baking chamber for accurate control and are an essential part of your oven's temperature producing system. One wire will stay attached to the oven and another will detach for the thermometer probe. This allows you to keep an eye on what is cooking at all times.
