The Thermostat for Baker's Pride ovens is used on the outside of an oven door to keep an oven within a selected temperature range. The thermostat has two temperature control settings, one for Fahrenheit (mechanical) and one for Celsius (electronic). This thermostat should not be used in temperatures below 0 degrees fahrenheit (-18 C) or temperatures above 480 degrees F (250 C).
