The THMA HOT FOOT is the most versatile heat source designed specifically for fiberglass boats. For over forty years, aluminum has been the traditional and recommended heat source for vessels that have a wood interior. The THMA HOT FOOT is a more economical and convenient alternative to its heavier counterpart.

The THMA Hot Foot is designed for boatbuilders, boat owners, mechanics, marinas and anyone who is around boats. The THMA Hot Foot provides heat in wet or damp areas where it is not safe to use an open flame. The thermostatically controlled heating element and safety shut off switch are suitable for marine applications such as servicing engine compartments, bilge work or applying antifreeze to live wells.

The THMA Hot Foot is used to make a secure electrical connection to the engine block. It can be used in all positions and prevents costly repair or replacement of ground straps, spark plug wires or distributor caps.

Replace the heating element on T.H. Marine 6202604 THMA-MI-5C with the Hot Foot. It has a built in thermostat and will sense a low temperature and send 120 VAC through the heating element to try to raise the temperature of your 1841-101A THMASystem up to 155 degrees. The element has a 2 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

The T.H. Marine Hot Foot keeps the wheel house and cockpit of your boat warmer without the use of propane or bulky heaters that clutter your boat, making it the safe alternative for those living, working, and fishing in colder climates. The Hot Foot is a lightweight aluminum boot that slips under the boat's ski pylon. With its integrated thermo-electric heating elements, the Hot Foot converts 30 watts of DC power from any battery source into radiant heat.
