Whether you're operating your delfield refrigerator manually or automatically, this timer kit helps the defrost process work at its best. Just plug it into the bottom left side of the control panel on your unit and start setting the timer for regular melt cycles. The swingler wire holds up to 250 degrees F and can be easily replaced if a problem occurs. This kit includes jumper wire and screws upon installation.

The timer is used in the defrost cycle to cut off power to the ice cube maker until food is defrosted. The timer may have a jumper wire kit attached to it. Be sure the jumper wire kit is installed on the timer before installing in freezer. If not equipped with the jumper wire kit, order part number 135081.

The timer kits are used to control compressor and defrost operation. This timer is used with the Defrost cycle function of a refrigerator. It is used to turn on and off the voltage feed to the Defrost heater, enabling operator to schedule defrosting for a specific time and eliminating 'run-away' defrosting that may drain the refrigerator water supply.
