The Trane TRR1729 115V-PRI 24V-SEC 35VA TRANSFOR is a self-contained, combined 115V and 24V - proprietary servo drive system - that provides automation of the indoor components of a residential or small commercial gas heating system. It provides heating, cooling, and ventilation for single-stage cooling coil and gas furnace installations.

The TRR1729-35VA is ideal for residential and small commercial applications that require reliable cooling year-round. The unique cylindrical shape of this reciprocating compressor allows for optimal placement in small spaces by fitting more easily and discreetly into corners, alcoves, closets, ceilings, attics and crawl spaces. The internal electronic controls protect the system against sub-freezing outdoor temperatures and automatically monitor the evaporator coil to provide frost protection down to 10°F below the outdoor temperature. This helps protect components from damage and extends the life of your system.
