The dual temp. sensor features 2 temperature ranges 55/90 and 120/170. It is used to determine food's internal cooking temperature to prevent cases of foodborne illness. The sensor works with any standard sized 2-Wire thermometer (not included).

This is a dual temp sensor that can be used to monitor high and low temperatures. It is designed to give an electrical signal when the temperature ranges from 55-90F and 120-170F. This sensor comes with 90" of sensing wire.
