Our HUB/ROTOR is used for the construction of the flex disc on the Ultra Flex Power Steering Pump. It has a 545 - .500 bolt pattern and a 3.7K @ 140 degrees F saturation. Our HUB/ROTOR is suitable for use with our Standard Grade Pump Shaft, 511-0004. The pump shaft and hub should be laser marked prior to assembly.
The HUB/ROTOR is one, individual hub which fits onto the back of your vehicle that is then attached to the WHEELS by pressed-in studs. This configuration creates a strong, durable wheel and drive package that will increase your vehicles performance as well as its miles per gallon.
A hub/rotor is a magnetic device used to start and/or stop electric motors and generators. This hub/rotor has a mounting diameter of 0.875 inch; a shaft diameter of 0.43 inch and provides 5400 rpm at 3.7 kilowatts when operated with 208 - 230/460 volts 3 phase power.
The connector is a 545 size ziplock that uses a 3.7k ohm resistor. The resistor comes on the outboard side of the bag. There are five wires going into this connector: yellow, white, green, orange and black.
This rotor and hub assembly is a direct replacement for applications that use the 545Z or 545ZC style housings.
