The Uni-Wire tip fits all of the Uni-Spot welders - H & S Auto Spot. The Welders have a yellow label on the Type 2 connection.

The Uni-Wire tip is perfect for all Uni-Spot welders

The Uni-Wire Tip is designed to replace the worn or damaged tip on your power supply wire. It can be used with most welders that use a uni-spot weld system, including 220s, 200xl, and Sl350. The tip is compatible with most uni-spot weld wire #7835 and #7356 wire.

If you own a Uni-Spot welder, then you need an extra welding tip. The Uni-Spot welder has 6 different heads for the 6 types of metals: Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Chrome, Mild Steel, Yellow Steel and Titanium.

The Uni-Wire tips are utilized with the H&S Autoshot HSA2110 Series welder. This is a replacement weld tip for Unipos No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 series welders.

Use this tip to swap the electrode on a spot welder, especially if you have a unit that requires a different diameter electrode from what came with the machine. With a diameter of 1/16" or 1.6mm, it's compatible with all Uni-Spot welders made by H & S Autoshot.
