UNIV T&S ROUGH VLV BDY PEX CRIMP

The DR10000PFTPXWS is a universal t&s rough valve body, in stainless steel. This valve is not for potable water applications.

All universal tub/shower rough valves and valve bodies constructed of brass, copper, or stainless steel body material are compatible with both copper and PEX supply tubing. When using PEX tubing, the multi- choice series will accept it for a maximum of 1" I.D. tubing. The 6"(152) galvanized threaded nipple is included with all rough valves and valve bodies.

The Universal Rough valve by Delta is designed to be installed with other universal valve or trim kits. The kit includes a rough turn and supply assembly for PEX or copper tubing.

The Delta T&S Universal Rough-In Valve Body is designed for tub and shower installations. It features a diverter to change heads from spray to rain, a two-handle design for easy hot and cold water control, a two-hole trip lever design for ease of use. This rough-in assembly includes: mounting bracket, rough-in valve body and housing, trip lever, tub spout, tub spout escutcheon, escutcheon screws and finish trim. The universal rough-ins fit most 1/2" IPS class rough openings.

The Delta MultiChoice rough valve body is designed for residential pre-assembled branch and main PEX (polyethylene cross linked) tubing that has an expansion limit of 0.65%. This particular rough valve body complements ½" PEX tubing with 1¼"-14 NPSM threaded male pipe connectors. The connection type is barbed. It provides a leak free connection for the PEX tubing when used with proper tools and connectors.
