The Protege was inspired by community outreach through athlete appearances, clinics, and visits to high schools. This style is built with an injection molded frame in a wraparound fit and offers a gray HS lens made of polycarbonate with Iridium optical coating to filter out IR and UV light. Constructed with tear point relief and sweat retention zones on both temples, it includes a nose pad that stretches up to 5mm across due to its soft rubber composition. Durable polycarbonate frames are impact resistant and meet the ANSI Z87.1+ standard for impact protection.
