HONEYWELL 1/2" THERMOSTATIC VALVE

This straight tube thermostatic valve allows water to pass only into the distribution system of a consumer's drainage system when the temperature is above 55°F (12.77 sq. in. minimum flow area). The thermostatic valve senses temperature with a bimetal disc. A temperature-sensitive bimetal disc, similar to those found in heating systems, performs the same function as the mercury-filled glass bulb in a standard irrigation or sprinkler valve.

The V2040DSL25 is a vane cartridge type single stage, normally closed, pilot-operated thermostatic valve. It has mounting dimensions of 1.25" (32 mm) diameter x 6" (152 mm) long. The spring in the thermostatic piston is adjustable for the flow and for-cold temperature settings.
