The Honeywell 3185 is a 2-way Steam/H2O valve that opens with stem down to close 150 MOPD. The Honeywell 3185 is designed for steam heating systems and domestic water supply systems, and comes complete with vent cap.

Our steam/water valve is built to the highest quality standards and comes with a one-year limited warranty. The valves are supported by over 30 years experience within the heating industry and are constructed with your safety in mind. One of the best features of this particular steam valve is its versatility. This product can be easily welded with Copper tube or Direct Fabricate with Stainless Steel pipe. This model will work with water from cold to 180 degrees F and steam at 2 to 250 PSI .

Honeywell 2" steam/water control valve bodies are constructed of high pressure steel, and feature EPDM seals for use in commercial steam applications or process applications, and associated critical services. Valve bodies are factory assembled with stem down actuation option unless otherwise specified.

A reliable, long-lasting valve designed and manufactured by Honeywell to handle high-pressures with ease. The manual steam/H2O two-way is constructed from non-corrosive, non-magnetic brass with features such as ball float check and automatic seat protection. Large stems allow for easy inspection and maintenance, while the patented breaker assembly allows for quick and easy replacement of worn parts.

The 3185 Series is a 2-way, 2 inch diaphragm type steam safety valve. Single seat, straight stem with buna seal and disc bonnet packing are standard. To cover the range of operating pressures and flow required in most applications, steel bonnets, stainless bonnet, forged alloy stainless bonnet and full-bore alloys are available.

Components should be removed before attempting to install will require a 1" x 12.7 threaded stem wrench (61326) and valve tool 3185 and service tool 63001(90) or convertable service tool 63001 (45/46cv).
