24V 2-WAY ZONE VALVE (3/4" NPT. NC
Honeywell Zone Valve 13019 (3/4" NPT, NC) is designed for use on Honeywell's 7000 series Alpha and Quatro temperature controllers. The 13019 zone valve includes an integral filter/regulator to reduce contamination of fluids, adjustable flow rate, manual override lever, no-spill check valve, and soft-seal diaphragm for vibration resistance. Approval for outdoor use with 400 hoses is optional.
The Honeywell 13019 Zone Valve lets you control which zones get water and when. It is a two-position normally closed zone valve with 3/4" NPT connections and a 3.5 cv flow control. With its 24 VDC coil, it has both low and high fan speed for more flexible duct wiring layout.
This two position 3/4" valve provides 24 Volts DC, 2-way control for both "Zone 1" and 'Zone 2". A progressive zone valve gives you the ability to operate your zones separately (ex. zone 1 can be on while zone 2 is off), or together (ex. zone 1+2 on at the same time). It is used for controlling two zones with a single point of control which saves time and money by eliminating the need for additional controllers. It includes a field selectable auxiliary switch that will allow for local switching of the valve.
The Honeywell two-position zone valve permits remote actuation to supply a variable volume flow rate. Can be used in commercial bathroom applications to provide a variable volume of hot and/or cold water from a single faucet. Honeywell zone valves are available in 3/4" NPT, 1/2" NPT, 3/8" NPT and 1/4"NPT.
The 13019 is a two-way zone valve designed for one or two-pipe installations with a maximum pressure drop of 3.5 CV. The two position normally closed solenoid drain assembly allows for easy maintenance checks and winterizing when the outdoor temperature is below freezing. The 13019 is also available as a normally open zone valve.
2-way zone valves are used to direct the flow of fluids to a preferred branch of an injection system. The valve is opened (valve body swings via external lever) in order to direct the flow of fluid from the master pipeline into a branch pipeline or to close off the master pipeline from the branch pipeline (valve body is moved in by hand).
Honeywell's 13019 Series normally closed, 2-way zone valve is used for remote on/off control of a single zone (circulator, pump, etc.) The normally closed switch is activated when the circuit is energized. When de-energized, it is open.
