Valve is made of brass and fits Southbend parts# 3-SRV9/1. It is pn# 040875 and inlet connection this valve is 3/4" pipe thread.

The 3-SRV9/1 steam valve is made for use with all Southbend drop in ranges and grills that have a 3/4" drain valve connection. This is a 50 psi valve and will connect to a 3/4" union pipe or directly to the hose tail.

The 3/4" STEAM SAFETY VALVE is used on Southbend Steam Kettles, for use with 1/2" NPT size steam fittings . This stainless steel valve can be mounted internally to the kettle or externally to the steam fitting. The 300 Series Full Port Low Pressure design features a handwheel for quick adjustment of outlet pressure. The inverted cone type steam connection allows connection to 15 degrees down angle fittings.
