These 8.6 CV mixing/diverting cage valves for plastic pipe can be used for a variety of applications. Switching from duct to air or gas service is possible with a single valve. For flexibility, the pressure tap manifold/ribbon is not included in the valve body purchase and must be purchased separately.

Use the Honeywell 13440 , Inc. 1 inch Three-Way Cartridge Cage Valve, 8.6 Cv to replace worn-out or leaking valves in a variety of Honeywell Air and Gas systems. The cartridge cage valve converts from mixing or diverting to injecting and back again, with 30 degree left and right turns for precise control. Its rectangular port allows easy piping connection, and can inject down to 0.5 GPM at 40 PSI.

All 13440 1" cartridge valves inlet and outlets are 1 inch male-barbed. The outlets are a slot facing toward the inlet of the valve. The three-way outlet allows connecting to a 1" female ferrule or a 1.5" male NPT outlet.

Connects a variety of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, tubs and showers, to 3 supply lines. Integral stainless steel strainer in body side port. Ideal for use with replacing an existing valve between original hot/cold/shut-off valves - where reducing the number of supply valves to one. For SI applications, see models 13440 & 13445.

The Honeywell 13400 Series cartridge cage diverter valve is used primarily in individual zone installations. This valve utilizes a cage nut and cage clamp to provide full flow control. The cage nut provides a means of tightening the cage for positive seal and prevents accidental loosening. In addition, the unique design of this valve allows for simple field service without the need to drain piping.
