Strictly speaking, none of the products I ordered were actually damaged. However, the 1/2 3W Ball Valve 1.2CV NAS4 Thread Low Temperature Duty Series 612SS Stainless Steel Linkage was disappointing to say the least. It's plastic. I understand Low Temp has special requirements to meet but I didn't know this would eliminate metal parts. It looks and feels like cheap thick plastic and the internal nut is threaded so poorly that it won't turn in all directions and in some it is very frustrating and difficult to move at all.

This durable and compact 3" (76 mm) ball valve features a plastic handle and is equipped with a manual pointer and rubber boots that provide long-term service. The ball valve has 1.2 CV and requires an actuator with a full flow rate of 0.63 CU to 0.8 CU at 22°F (-5°C). The ball valve is ideal for water lines, applications where the flow rate may change over time, as well as corrosive, high temperature and/or acid solutions.
