The Johnson Controls Spring Kit 3 to 6 PSI for V-3000 Series Valves with Pneumatic Actuators 37330 is an easy to install kit with two springs. The kit reduces the pressure range available on V-3000 series valves with pneumatic actuators from 15 psi to 3 to 6 psi, with no change in directional characteristics.The pneumatic actuated valves are used with HVAC systems involving multiple zone temperature management.
The 37430 SPRING KIT V-3000 is ideal for use on Manually Controlled Valves, installed on roofing HVAC equipment model number VG7000. This kit includes the mounting screws to secure the actuator to the valve. The Johnson Controls "ALL IN" Service Test Kit comes with everything you need to check all of your HVAC equipment's safety valves before proceeding with the installation. This kit also includes our accu-gage scale, which helps ensure that your system is properly balanced

Most Johnson Controls valves are available with either 1/2" or 3/4" pneumatic actuators. NSR valves are available in 3/4" size only.
