The VG7000-1008 ''1.5 & 2''"SPRING KIT 4-8V3000-8" from Johnson Controls - is a replacement spring kit used in a variety of different vertical rolling shutters with a track size of 1.5 or 2. While it may fit into a few panels that have larger track sizes, the majority will be 1.5 or 2 panels only. The spring kit also includes two locks and two splines to secure your vertical rolling shutter panel onto the tracks.

A multitude of Johnson Controls (JCI) V3000 and VG7000 series VRV Systems and VRF Systems utilize a model VG 7.5 or VG 12.5 4-8 ton (4 or 8 ton) inside air handler with a built in "1 1/2 & 2""SPRING KIT." This accessory product (Customer Supply Part # 37437) is used in the same manner as the air handler's standard N53 springs installed in the compressor compartment, except that these accessory springs will not compress when the unit is operating.

This kit is designed to work with Johnson Controls® Valves"VIII® Series. It contains one (1) spring for each valve ordered with this kit.

Adapts to fit 1 1/2"" thru 2"" (37mm-81mm) glass, metal or wood frames.

Provides support for the main heat transfer coils within the air handling unit, preventing sagging of the coil. Allowing unrestricted air flow. This spring kit is needed for units with an operating range of -40 degrees fahrenheit to +122 degrees fahrenheit.
