This is a Johnson Control 1" NPT. 2-WAY N.O. PNEUMATIC VALVE ASSEMBLY W/3000 for use on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including auto air-conditioning systems.

This 1" NPT. 2-WAY N.O. PNEUMATIC VALVE ASSEMBLY has an integral sealing element to prevent the passage of fluid, moisture or contaminants between the process and ambient environments. The seamless body material is brazed to conform to stringent quality standards. The assembly meets the applicable requirements of the international standard ISO 2852/1, ASTMB 337, ASTM D1418, and EN 12813 (or MSS SP-75).

A pneumatic valve assembly featuring: a SPST on/off 2-way N.O./N.C. pilot operator and a 2" branch connection with 3000 psi working pressure and 1500 psi relief pressure; an all metal body designed for easy mounting and corrosion resistance; and a 7000 psi rated diaphragm with 7000 psi available burst pressure.

This low cost pneumatic control assembly is designed to open or close at a predetermined pressure. The pressure relief feature opens the valve if the pressure exceeds the set point. Model 37694 has a 1" NPT inlet and outlet, 1/4" NPT vent port, an adjustable needle valve for setting the operating pressure. The 3000 psi rupture disc is factory set at 20% of full open pressure.

A complete assembly providing an electrically operated diaphragm valve and integrated signal switching. The unit includes a two-position (open/close) Normally Open (NO) pneumatic switch and the valve.
