Johnson Controls 62823 1-1/2" NPT. 2-WAY N.C. VALVE WITH PNEUMATIC ACTUAT
Johnson Controls valves are available in Wafer, Sealed, and Pneumatic designs for hot and cold potable water installations. The 62823 has a 2-way N.C. valve construction for flow control on condensate applications. A PV Turbine(TM) diaphragm inside the actuator allows the valve to be operated by either E-cylinder or manual operations without changing parts. This pneumatically controlled actuator very compact, cost effective design is used to directly control the operation of the 2 way N.C. valve mounted in an accessible location.
The single port 2-way 62823 non-consumable pneumatic actuated valve is designed to control flow in process systems where pressure or vacuum actuation is desired. The 62823 has a maximum pressure capacity of 150 psi (10 bar) and can withstand internal temperatures up to +175 °F (80 °C).
Johnson Controls' 62823 2-way pneumatic valve is perfect for providing air pressure, which is used to trigger various processes.
The 62823 2-way pneumatic actuator combines the best of Johnson Controls' robust process control technology with reliable performance at an affordable price. Ideal for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration applications, this 4.5 cubic inch hydraulic actuator can be customized to meet your commercial/residential application needs. The 62823 features a M22 star open end machined into the valve body that locks into the mating socket of Johnson Controls' mechanical manual valves. With the 62823, users can leverage standard plumbing connections with servo control capabilities rather than higher cost pneumatic hard wired
This product is for use in closed loop, multi-stage systems or applications where a higher flow rate or lower pressure loss is essential for equipment performance. The valves are designed to provide tight shutoff in two-way service at low differential pressures. They are also particularly suitable for intermittent use, extended service cycles, and high flow rates.
Designed to be a fail-safe pressure release valve at a variety of temperatures and pressures, these regulators will be a welcome addition to any technician's kit.
