The JCI 3-Way Pneumatic Mixing Valve Assembly W/ Meter is ideal for controlling multi-partitioned sumps with two independent 3-way valves. The multi-partitioned sumps are installed between the air compressor and air lines of pneumatic equipment to eliminate prior arrangements for check valves or manual bleeding of pressure lines.
The 2" NPT 3-way pneumatic mixing valve assembly from Johnson Controls is designed to be used on a three way pneumatic air mixing system. The assembly includes a switched 3-way valve, 12 inch pneumatic tubes for domestic or commercial use, and a Y piece. The y piece will make it possible to connect the pump with the valve assembly. The 3-way valve assembly is controlled by a 1/8" threaded connection that can be connected with a hose to your desired pump.
This 3-way pneumatic mixing valve assembly is non-regulated. It consists of a body, baseplate, gland plate, gland, two 2" mixing check valves assemblies, two 3/8" MNPT ports with inverted cleanout coupling adaptor and tubing adaptor.
The air valve assembly includes the following features: 1/8 thru-port for purge air supply, 3-way pneumatic mixing control, 2" NPT female threaded outlet. #6 positive shut-off valves are available separately.
