These nozzles are manufactured of corrosion resistant stainless steel, and feature a medium nose cone with extended mixing area for improved flame quality.

The Victor - Oxy Fuel - Multi-Flame Heating Nozzles 4MFA-FS Heating Nozzle produces a flame that has three small flames around the larger outer flame. This heating nozzle can produce 8400 BTU's of heat at a maximum fuel flow rate of 1.4 GPM. The outer flame is 12" in diameter, and the inner flames are each 3" in diameter and 4" long. Designed for oxy-fuel welding. The flame nozzle produces a 4MFA-FS circular flame and provides even heating, making it ideal for welding thin metals. It is recommended for use on tip diameters of 2.56mm (.100") to 6.35mm (.250").

FirePower® 3MFA-FS Victor™ 0.50 mm, 1.00 mm & 1.50 mm heating nozzles are designed to produce positive matrix brazing in hard-to-braze alloy applications up to 3,500°F (1704°C). The precision formed shape and cast construction allows for excellent thermal uniformity & thermal conductivity when used at proper oxygen flow rates. These nozzles allow for excellent brazing results when braze welding high nickel alloys containing elements such as copper, chromium & molybdenum.

The 4MFA FS nozzles are configured with forward and reverse flow capability on a single manifold. Both nozzles contain two (2) heaters, one (1) large diameter coaxial heater and one (1) small diameter radial heater. The small diameter heater, with approximately 30% greater heat capacity than a large coaxial heater, is designed to compensate for the area of the flow stream not heated by the large radius flow field. The 4MFA FS is equipped with a single set point controller which will command both heaters to 100% simultaneously providing optimum uniformity throughout the sweep profile.
