24V STANDING PILOT NATURAL GAS VALV
The 3342 SS125DB is a practical direct replacement for hard to find obsolete and discontinued rectifiers. The compact, low profile design fits into tight spaces on control panels and instrument panels. The unit provides 125V of full wave rectified voltage output with a maximum rating of 21 amps at 120VAC and 1 stall and 15 amps at 240 VAC, DC TEN AMP POINT STANDING PILOT.
Standing pilot system provides continuous ignition even if switches or controls fail. Green square glass lens with separate bushings to reduce the thermal transfer between the ceramic block and heat sink. Low voltage, bulk packaged, meets C.A.A. and F.A. RTO/STO requirements.
A compact, two-output block provides the output power and high reliability in an easy to install design. This unit has a very low profile and can be plumbed in line or on the top of a tank, it is available with either a 0-25mA current source or pilot device both are UL/CSA listed for Natural Gas only. For ease of wiring and maintenance the AC/DC Rectifier is keyless type permits disassembly without tools to replace diode blocks and gas valve.
The Honeywell SS125DB rectifier unit is designed for use with 100/120 volt system-sized lighting fixtures. The SS125DB has a standing pilot, allowing operation without the ignition switch in the 'on' position. This allows pilots with multiple lighting fixtures to be turned on and off from a single ignition switch location. This wiring harness will not work with old style automotive type 3 wire systems, only the newer 4 wire systems.
The Honeywell 3342 SS125DB Rectifier converts 480V or 600V ac primary voltage to 24V direct current for powering the Honeywell SS125DB lighting system. The rectifier is designed with an integral automatic reclosing function and a power pass terminal block to provide a direct connection for 24V power supplies or disconnects. The 3342 model includes built-in lightning protection and pre-installed set screws for easy mounting to an aerial obstruction surface.
The Honeywell 3342 SS125DB Rectifier is used with the Honeywell SS125T2, SS125T4, SS125S3, SuperSprint 125T3, and Noria 12VDC Lighting System.
