The LWCO is an analog-based wall controller used for all types of fire protection systems as well as some building automation applications. The LWCO is compatible with the most common fire alarm initiating devices (such as pull stations, heat detectors, smoke detectors and waterflow switches) and can control sprinkler pump pressure and circulator pump flow.

The LWCO is a replacement LWCO for use with Warrick-Gems Sensors & Controls 26B1 and 26B2 Diverter Valves. The LWCO contains the actual Low Water Cut Off that will shut down the system if it runs out of water, and the thermal switch that will trip open the valve in case of a freeze condition. It is used in 24 VAC applications only where both low and high water cut-off are required.

The LWCO is a rugged, compact, NEMA 4X/IP66 enclosure that is designed for use in harsh environments. It is capable of controlling up to 8 points of HVAC equipment or refrigeration products or multiple point control for monitoring industrial processes. It has an integrated 2-wire RTD input module and includes a dual temperature display and input protection.
