The 3E1A Threaded Single Probe Fitting is designed to be used for welding gasses, grinding and cutting applications. This probe thread has a 1/4”NPT male thread. The probe diameter is .070” (1.78mm).

Designed for use in both sensor and control applications, the 3E1A Threaded Single Probe Fitting is compatible with all Warrick-Gems Type B probes. This fitting can be surface mounted or installed inside a system such as an evaporator coil or liquid line filter. Vacuum sealed to ensure that it will not become damaged when exposed to most oils, fats, or solvents, this fitting also meets the requirements for U.S. Department of Agriculture facilities and has been approved for food application use.

The 3E1A is a threaded single probe fitting that comes complete with a heat range of 5C up to 400C (9F up to 752F) and-10C to 160C (14F to 320F), which corresponds to N.A.S.I. sizes 2 through 0 respectively. This fitting is perfect for use with threaded single probes as well as thermometers including: B-316, B-230, WXR30B, and E1002B

The threaded single probe fitting is used with the 3E1A temperature probe for water or steam applications. The fitting can also be used on the 3F4A, 3F5A, and 3R6A humidity gauges.

Our Sensors & Controls 3E1A Threaded Single Probe Fitting features EPDM O-ring seal and stainless steel threaded female fitting threaded to 1/8". The sensor components are mounted on a threaded mounting ring that is adjustable from 0 -90 degree for alignment with manifold inlet and outlet ports. It measures temperatures between -50 to 400 Celsius and includes mounting hardware.
