Press/Temp gauge check valves are used when the control source operates on a signal from a pressure or temperature source. The P-T Valve has an electrically actuated ball valve which allows flow from one port to another in accordance with an electrical command.

The Press/Temp gauge check valve monitors safe flow of water and checks for correct flow direction for proper zone irrigation. This Check Valve will shut off/zone if system pressure rises above the pre-set level. It can also be used in systems that are reverse-flowing to constantly monitor pressure.
