The Wilkins ZW1017XL-LU wall thermostat will switch the mixing valve on and off, depending on whether the temperature from the supply water is above or below the thermostat setting of 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Wilkins ZW1017XL-LU is a 1/2" lead-free, bronze mixing valve. It comes with a left-hand cold water inlet and a left-hand hot water outlet and an elbow fitting for the discharge outlet of the mixing circuit. The mixing valve has a full flow rating of 1.3 GPM (6.1 LPM) with a maximum working pressure of 125 psi (862 kPa). The valves are manufactured in compliance with ASSE 1017 standards for lead-free brass.
