This Ignition Kit, Part Number S8610U, is designed for use with either natural or LP gas furnaces. With a 100% lockout feature that prevents damage from incorrect replacement, the Ignition Kit provides up to 150,000 reliable ignition cycles, and easier installation than original equipment.

The Honeywell Intermittent Control Kit includes everything needed to convert from a standing pilot system to Intermittent Ignition System for Natural or LP gas and High Pressure Propane. The control kit is easy to install in minutes. Installation instructions are included with the kit.

The Ignition Kit will be needed to convert a Natural Gas or Liquid Propane Burner. The Ignition Kit must be used with the Honeywell 2000 Series Natural or LP Gas Sensors or are approved for Natural Gas (2001 and 2002) and Liquid Propane (2003) for use on this burner kit.

The Ignition Kit 111211 is used for gas logs, gas heaters and gas fireplaces. If your fireplace is not lighting by itself after a power outage, you may need the Honeywell 111211 to Retrofit your existing fireplace board. It includes a ignition kit that replaces ignitor only (ignition kit and flame sensor are sold together as a complete kit ) or (Ignitor/Flame Sensor). This fits into the board assembly and also replaces the existing flame sensor.

The 111211 Ignition Kit Retrofit is a replacement ignition kit for some models that use the 100% lockout, such as the Honeywell S8610U or VR8304M Furnace. This kit has the W8529 PTC which will automatically reset after power cycles. It also comes with the W8566 T-Stat, and has a heat sense input.

Honeywell's Ignition Kit is a replacement for many intermittent ignitors/flame sensors that stop running or burn out over time. This ignition kit comes as a two-piece kit that includes the ignition module and a flame sensor that needs replacement.
