The S1-8955-3251 is a York single solenoid valve for domestic use. This 24v, 11" wc, LP/Gas valve has a 1/2" gas inlet connection and will accept up to 3/4" water connection. It features snap fasteners to secure the seat and bracket, and a Filler port that allows for flushing of the solenoid assembly so as to maintain accuracy after extended periods of use.

An ideal replacement for your old, long in the tooth hot water valves. This one is a bit bigger since it includes 11"" of water column, so it will keep up with the full flow of hot water from newer 1/2"" NPT valves.

This high quality valve has a maximum flow of 3.0GPM @ 125PSI, and 1/2"" connections on both the gas inlet and outlet ports.
