This brass sweat adapter has a small diameter, so it fits into a variety of Zurn QQQ series and other brands of faucets, valves, and plumbing fixtures. It's 3/4" female sweat x 1/2" barb, so it's compatible with 1/2" male pipe thread drains. The adapter is easy to use — simply slide the pipe over the adapter and screw on the stop valve to complete installation.

These are used with female sweat type connections. They are used to connect a 3/4" sweat to a 1/2" male flare. The brass is plated and the ends have been flared and tapper ground smooth to mate with the 3/4" sweat connection. The smallest diameter of this fitting is 7/8".
