This is the correct orifice or burner jet for those models of Amana Natural gas ranges that come from 1985 until around 1988. It is the correct size and shape. You can tell if you have this right one because it measures approximately 6/16 inch (6/32" technically but who would measure it) in diameter, and it has a black plastic "sheath" on it. Some of these do not even have the sheath, but they replaced the sheath with a brass sleeve (which loosens over time, and then they are no good either).
