This Schlage thru bolt cap is made from high quality brass. It is made to fit on most Schlage commercial locks. The finish of the thru bolt cap is antique nickel which looks great with other handlesets in the Schlage series. When screwing this thru bolt cap in, make sure that you are using a 8-32 5/16" pan head machine screw which will require a 8-32 3/8" wrench and typically comes with most handlesets. Make sure that the door is opened before installing this component.

The Schlage 02035620 Thru-Bolt Cap is applicable for the Schlage F60 series handleset trunk lock. The thru-bolts are used to affix the handle set with a bolt into the stile/jamb and allow easy removal from the strike plate by turning the knob. The cylinder is pinned and sold separately, which is necessary for all Schlages except M3100 and FIC.
