This product is a Baldwin 0425031 0425 031 ADJ BALL CATCH. It is used on the ballcock of your water tank. The round button unscrews, and the round ball float unscrews from inside of it. To replace it you must slide the new ballfloat into the catch, and line up the little tabs on it with the little holes in the catch. Then put your washer on top, and screw it back together.

The Baldwin 0425031 0425 031 ADJ BALL CATCH is an oil-filled, cast-iron, adjustable ball valve with nylon packing and full size bonnet adjustment.

The Baldwin ADJ Ball Catch is used as an adjusting device to a spring and/or the tie rod, or can be used to limit the throw of a valve. A ball catch with inverted cone may also be used to raise or lower valves when hung from a hook attached to the blowdown tube.

This is a replacement part for the ball catch assembly for the Baldwin 0425031 Adjustable Bed.

This custom designed Baldwin ball catch assembly was specifically engineered to fit the Baldwin 0425031 and is intended for use and repair of all ultra low temperature systems that use a ball catch locking device. The components are pre-assembled allowing for easy installation with a #1 Philips screwdriver. This ball catch also comes equipped with a tailpiece and knob for convenient manual locking.

The BALL CATCH is designed to be used with the 425031 M225 and 425040 M225 consoles. This component serves as an extension capability for those patients who need more range of motion, by allowing additional movement away from the body. The Ball Catch can also be used in stationary postures if a shorter, closer-to-the-body posture is desired. It can be selectively locked in a variety of positions through a simple adjustment of its center cross pin.
