Schlage's 622 key-in-knob lock is an additional backset that can be placed onto existing knobs for applications where a key isn't necessary. The 622 is used for applications requiring level perimeters from inside a structure to include 2, 3 & 4 family dwellings, apartments, commercial buildings and high-rise structures. This Schlage Keyed Knob is identical to the Schlage model 10-265 but has a lever handle instead of a round knob.

The Schlage 10072622 is a Grade 1 Commercial quality, includes both deadlatch and latchbolt locks, Standard 2-3/8" backset, Square corner design, Full back metal flange, Trim cover ring is included with this lock

With our press lock faceplate, just press it on and drive the screws. No fooling around with tabs or holes. SCHLAGE Commercial does not include the raised trim ring found on the grade 1 residential models.
