FAST RESPONSE DIRECT IMERSION CONTR

The FAST RESPONSE® 1145-33 two-wire, direct immersion controller protects boiler feed and return lines. It is designed to work with natural gas. It has a max time delay of set and lock 10 minutes. It features a pilot (light), 120 volts, 50/60 Hz, 1 amp, 10 watts @ 4 ohms resistance at 23 degrees C.

Direct Immersion Controller with Capability to Control Low Ambient Only Hydronic Systems

The FC50 Series field controller is designed to mate with a direct immersion heater. Designed for use in Commercial and Industrial applications, where the use of UL Listed heaters are required. This controller is used in conjuction with an 1145-10 or F15/PVX circuit board to provide the necessary Pulse Width Modulated heating control for the Direct Immersion Heaters.

The White-Rodgers® 1145-33 model is a 2HP, two speed, direct immersion pump with three phase output. The 1145-33 has an operating range of 25-200 PSI at 208/230/460 volt input with 1.5 HP at 50/60 Hz and 4.0 HP at 50/60 Hz. Full load efficiency is 88%.

The WHISPER DRY® control replaces the standard electric-resistance immersion heater found in conventional water heaters. The direct-immersion heater offers many advantages, such as faster response time and more even temperature distribution. These advantages lead to lower energy consumption, more even water temperatures, and thus greater safety-all while providing you with whisper quiet performance.

The model 1145-33 Solid State Drive (SSD) Programmable Temperature Controllers have been designed as a replacement for older style mechanical controllers. They are used to control all types of conventional heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. The controllers are adaptable to any mix of systems having constant or cycling heat loads, and offer fast part-response time and reduced moving mass. Their speed allows them to react much faster than older induction-type controllers.

The FM95 single-tank furnace control provides comfort year-round, without the expense of an electric heat pump. A solid-state, five-wire microprocessor monitors temperature at the receiver (heat exchanger), then switches power to the furnace from a direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). This unique feature allows uninterrupted air flow when changing between heating and cooling modes or when cycling on and off for temperature control.
