The RM7823A1016 NEW FLAME SWITCH BURNER CONTROL is a 120V Primary Flame Switch, designed to assure proper burner flame control and pilot operation. It meets the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) standard UL375-1 for Flame Switch Device-Mechanical Interlocking Device as well as UL375-2 for Flame Switch Devices-Electrically Controlled Device with Internal Standard Safety Override Mechanisms.

The Flame Switch is a push button 120 VAC primary flame switch that has been designed for residential, commercial and industrial propane gas wall heater applications.

The RM7823A1016 NEW FLAME SWITCH BURNER CONTROL 120V-AC from Honeywell is a flame switch constructed with flame-resistant plastic. It protects ignition sources from excessive heat and flames. It has an 800 W trip rating and includes a 1500 W rating that allows it to withstand an arc fault current of 90 A in accordance with UL standard 94, without any damage. This switch measures 2.25 Inch x 1 Inch x 1 Inch and has DO NOT STEP ON or KICK switch, lockable movement control, disconnect device, pushbutton trip indicator light and circuit breaker knob safety feature.

These Honeywell Flame Switch Control provide positive, low voltage (24V, 20mA) flame sensing. Units offer 3000V of protection against hazardous voltage and short circuits. They are furnished with a 120/240V primary line cord for easy connection to an existing line power source. The switch handle is spring actuated and features an audible click at switch on/off positions. Switch is factory set to ON during shipment. Handle can be positioned in the OFF position before shipping.
