1-1/4" X 1-1/2" 15 PSI RELIEF VALVE
The CNB Apollo ASME steam pressure relief valve relieves excessive pressure by allowing the steam or pressurized fluid to bleed off to atmosphere. Designed with bronze construction and a common bonnet, this relief valve is ASME Code stamped for use in moderate temperature applications, and has an operating range of 400°F. This 1-1/4" X 1-1/2" 15 PSI RELIEF VALVE is essential for every steam circuit and systems requiring a safety connection as part of their design.
With the Apollo Valve 1-1/4" X 1-1/2" 15 PSI Relieving, the all bronze construction makes this product stand apart from the rest of its competitors. The Apollo valve is designed to relieve temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and deliver up to 15 psi. This valve is rated with ASME B16.34 code for use in steam boiler water and glycol loop systems as well as liquid systems that have a temperature of 212 degrees F or below. The Apollo Valve provides safety, reliability and quality in all industrial applications.
1" x 1.2" 15 PSI RELIEF VALVE
This Apollo Series valve is specifically designed to provide safety relief for high pressure steam systems up to 15 psi. It has a maximum flow of 6 gpm and has a noncorrosive bronze body with chrome plated brass bonnet, arm and packing nut.
This brass safety valve has a female NPT fitting it mates with male pipe threads, can be installed on a 3/8" tube or pipe. The handle is located top center and is perpendicular to the body. There are four holes for bolting this valve down. It comes with a set pressure of 15 psi and is manufactured to ASME B31.3 and ASME A112.18 standards.
Replacement Relief Valve for the Apollo Steam Sauna Heaters
For residential steam boiler applications, the Apollo series of Safety Relief Valves are designed for maximum safety and reliability. The unique bronze body/stem construction maintains proper stem deflection for maximum valve elasticity. A small seat diameter and high lift allows for installation in close proximity to piping or other equipment. The full 90 degree swing butterfly design offers a wide-open outlet port which minimizes pressure drop and yields optimum flow. Pneumatically operated models are used in applications where relief is needed on startup but will not be necessary during normal service conditions. Pressure operated models are used where relief is necessary on startup as well as during normal operation
