The SensorFlame HSI Series offers an excellent combination of performance, safety and flexibility. It offers interchangeable electrode tips, spark ignition and a unique "Low O2" mode for operation on natural gas and propane when used with a Honeywell Gas Valve or Pilot Holder (order separately). HEIL's Sensor Flame® Hi-Solids integrator provides ideal combustion in an integrated high solids burner. The sensor flame standard type HSI offers a continuous adjustment range of ON to OFF. It operates on natural gas and propane fuels and has a charge port located on the bottom.

The infrared flame module enables the HSI ovens to increase their burner power automatically in response to increasing heat requirements. This means that no additional controls are necessary and helps to provide you with consistency of heat throughout the cooking process.
