The Honeywell 14004242-001 is an adapter cable that allows you to connect a ball joint and a push rod together. This product can be used with select products.

The 14004242-001 is a two piece adaptor set that allows you to convert your Honeywell and seco ball jointed cylinders into standard pushrod cylinders.

All balljoints, steering rods, pushrods and tie rods are NOT the same! There is a critical difference in how these tie rod assemblies are manufactured by all manufacturers. This affects alignment and cause the vehicle to handle improperly.

This adapter is used in place of the #14004241-002 to optimize the performance of several "push-to-connect" sensors by compensating for zero or near zero offset in the connector fittings.
