TIME DELAY RELAY
The Reznor 137238 is a high performance Time Delay Relay with a built-in voltage stabilizer and second DPDT relay contact. It features a SPST NO (normally open) circuit, 3 timer functions, i.e. 0, 10 and 30 minutes. It includes a mechanical counter for time setting up to 999 hours and 59 minutes and a VoltStabilizer for voltage compensation for appliances to 200VAC. Up to 500VDC/250VDC current limits. Heavy duty black PVC enclosure with screw base terminals. 6 keyway mounting holes with integral gasket seal.
The 137238 model Time Delay Relay is ideal for energy efficient manufacturing applications. It utilizes a replaceable solid state magnetic time delay which prevents the ignition or switching circuits from operating in the event of a power loss. This provides up to 290 seconds of delay which will give the manufacturing equipment ample time to perform a complete shutdown without wasting any energy.
A rugged time delay relay for use in all types of industrial controls; rugged, self-contained design allows use in any type of control application; molded case and lid, wire leads are not subject to breakage caused by mechanical shock; enclosures withstand harsh weather conditions; provides + 8 sec. to 20 min. timing at 24 VAC for impulse, alarm, and control applications.
The ELCA Time Delay Relay is a solid-state switching device that provides a long time delay (typically 100 to 300 minutes). It is designed for control after the power has been supplied, and it is generally used with computers, security systems, burglar alarms and telephone dialer systems. It may also be used to control motor-driven appliances. The typical service life is 10,000 cycles at rated voltage and temperature.
