2SL-60 PILOT ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY NAT

The ROBERTSHAW 1830-733 2SL-60 PILOT ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY NAT is a new addition to the Robertshaw family of brass pilot electrodes. It incorporates Nernst functionality for all applications and is designed to operate with all conventional controllers.

The precision designed 1830-733 2SL-60 Pilot Electrode Assemblies are used in conjunction with the COL-60 or COL3-60 Circuit Breaker, and are interchangeable with most common gas valve pilot assemblies. This product is steam operated, mounting by means of a sturdy ball-socket locknut rod coupling. The body is made of high quality brass, made to industry specifications for connections to pneumatic systems. This pilot assembly is assembled to order in our factory under strict quality control standards to ensure a defect free product.

The 1830-733 is a replacement for the 2SL-60 Pilot House electrode assembly, and is compatible with RCA-32 submerged arc welding systems.

The 2SL-60 pilot assembly handles 60A and comes with a spring guide. It also has a rod-end bearing, that will connect to the stand.

This pilot rod assembly-natural gas is suitable for use with thermocouples and resistance thermometers in natural gas service, and designed to fit models 2S-60, 2L-60, 2SL-60, 2XL-60, 3C-60 and 5S-60. This product is made of high tensile strength silicon carbide (SiC) and nickel plated brass. This product is fabricated from materials that meet the requirements of applicable ANSI/ASME standards.
