The Service Valve is used to vent the refrigerant gases which build up in the condensing unit through connections that are part of the unit. The valves have either flare or compression type fittings which mate with connecting tubing. If you need any parts for your Amana system, just ask!

The Condenser Service Valves prevents the refrigerant circuit from being pressurized. It is mounted to the high side service manifold with (4) mounting screws, and sealed using an O-ring gasket and cover cap.
