The Schneider Electric 2212-119 is a single pole, double throw R.A. pneumatic thermostat that switches heat on and off in applications where it senses an outside temperature of between 35°F and 90°F. This pneumatic thermostat is used in central air conditioning systems with a secondary heat source, such as a furnace or boiler, or heat pump systems with auxiliary heating.
This pneumatic 2-pipe thermostat fits an existing two pipe system or a new 2 or 4 pipe system. It is used to control the heating cycle of radiators, convectors and fan heaters. Its high quality solid brass construction ensures long life span even in harsh conditions.
Replacing a conventional R.A. valve and reducing excessive energy costs is as easy as replacing your existing thermostat with the R.A. direct-acting thermostat.
