The ALLANSON 56755 Catalog 2275 TYPE U, 120 Lumens, Universal Solid State Ignitor UNIVERSAL SOLID STATE IGNITOR OMN provides field installed upgrade replacement for transformer type electroluminescent lamps. This is a solid state module and will not fail into a dangerous arc during power failure.

Rated at 120/480 VAC (low voltage dropout) and rated up to 2,200 AIC @ 480 VAC. Instantaneous over current and overvoltage protection for transformer and downstream circuit. Magnetically latched relay - safety feature prevents inadvertent circuit interruption after fault is removed. Thermal overload protection built into primary circuit breakers prevents continuous short circuit operation. CANNOT BE USED IN REPLACE OF AN OLD-STYLE PILOT LIGHT WIRING SETUP."
