Allanson 36310 Transformers 2714-633 120/12000 CARLIN TRANSFORMER is an Ignition Transformer for use in Carlin 501. The primary of the transformer is made up of two windings - a 120V 1.25kVA winding and 120/12V 2.5kVA winding. The secondary is designed to reduce the voltage by 50% down to a maximum potential current (MPD) of 6 amps, which is suitable for the operation of Carlin 501 at 240/240V AC.

The Allan-son 2714-633 transformer is a new replacement for the 3018-701 UL certified power supply originally used in the Carlin transformers. Instead of using 4 molex connectors like the original power supply, this replacement uses 6 wire terminal connections and includes 12 gauge wire. When sold out use 18 gauge wire. The body of the transformer has been updated with a label holder that will hold the Carlin 501B, 501C or 503B model number label.

The Carlin® 501 transformer is a single phase 12kVA 120/240V must be grounded transformer used in standard voltage applications. The transformer is equipped with one wire three pin plug.
