Our plug-in mercury flame sensors are crafted to fit beneath a furnace, water heater or boiler. They are simple to install and require no additional gas lines. With a simple turn of a knob, or gentle tap with a small wrench, the wire connections can be made quickly and safely. The mercury flame sensor replaces the standing pilot assembly in gas devices.

The 5052 White-Rodgers mercury flame sensor features a unique dip tube for easy wiring. This 48 inch model works with gas-fired boilers of the #3 or #5 size. With 1/2 inch spade terminals, one pin terminal, and bulb style #20, it is UL listed and has a 10 year life expectancy. The housing is manufactured in accordance with ASTM E-552 standards.

The white-Rodgers 5052 mercury flame sensor with bulb detection is a self-contained, point-of-use electronic device that provides protection for natural gas, propane, and oil heaters and boilers. The 48" length of the flame sensor ensures an optimal placement.

Whether it's a decorative or functional flame, the White-Rodgers Mercury Flame Sensor monitors and controls the flame under your range or propane burner. This transmitter has an adjustable flame sensing control that will beep when the flame is out and will send a signal to your disconnect switch if the flame goes out while the oven is on. It includes one 1/4" spade terminal, one pin terminal and one 20 amp/250 amp Bulb Style #20 inlet connector with a light bulb attached to it.

The Mercury Flame Sensor consists of a mounting device to hang the sensor over the burner, together with a cord for connection to the indicating devices. The device is used to detect presence of an open flame and transmit this information to the automatic control system.

The Mercury Flame Sensor is designed for use with electric or gas heaters, barbeques, woodstoves and other gas-burning appliances. The flame sensor features two wire leads and includes a hold-in coil.
